Equipped with the finest is high class resort standards, Waikoloa Beach Resort defies all and any small real estate expectations. This is the big league when it comes to the best vacation destination on the planet. The resort has two entrances as you come off the main highway Queen K 11. Upon going through the first entrance when coming from Kona Airport you will see the beautiful gazebo pavilion style entry points with the resorts name in white lettering on them. Directly after that you will see the Queen's Marketplace shops on your left. Across from that on your right hand side is Waikoloa Beach Villas, a very classy condo townhouse development that exhibits only the finest units and properties for sale along the Queen's Golf Course. Moving on a bit further down there will be the King's shops next with the Fairway Villas development on the right. Both of these last projects are gated as are most within the resort. Kolea the newest of the oceanfront communities is on the next left and what a beautiful display of real estate design and architecture is before our eyes to enjoy. A-Bay accompanies this new luxury offering and what a combo the two together make.
Further on down there are adjacent gated communities such as Naupaka Place with only 11 poshly defined oceanfront lots. Vista Waikoloa is across the street with sweeping ocean coastline views of the Pacific Ocean. It comes with units up as high as 5-6 floors with impressively furnished Hawaiiana style homes and villas. The Shores is the oldest of the developments at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Some of the build as late as the late eighties and early nineties when the resort first reached it's initial inception. Waikoloa Beach Resort itself is a very special place. Designed by one the best Japanese development groups in the world, the amazing and rare Asian art work and statues lining it's paths are second to none. Take an evening stroll to visit the dolphins swimming at night. Dinner for an evening out at KPC, Nui Italian, and all of the other impressive locations is an absolute must on the bucket list. Visit or choose to live here full time. Both are great. A large amount of homes, condos, villas, and even townhomes here at the resort are second homes or vacation rentals.
On the other side of the Hilton you will find Halii Kai which is a very low density oceanfront complex gated and maxed out in luxury to the tee. Properties now are rarely coming on the market for under $1 million at this development. Homes in Waikoloa Beach Resort are not as common as condos are. The newly built community of Ainamalu is really great and one that only has single family dwellings. Each property typically is accompanied by it's own private swimming pool and spa. Within Kolea there are homes as well in front of the condos which all sit directly oceanfront. Naupaka Place is the third single family home development and the rest at the resort are condos and villas. A-Bay is the setting upon which this resort was built along with several other fantastic ocean front acres to the right of it. Catamarans can been seen docked close to shore as beachgoers lay upon the fine white sands of the Kohala Coast. Shopping at Tiffany's and Na Hoku is fairly common and stores such as Tori Richard and Reyn's are present as well. With it's own grocery shopping market in place there really is just no need to leave Waikoloa Beach Resort when you are here.
