Situated in the heart of Kona town just above the busy quaint little Kailua-Kona location, sits a tropical timeless resort like gated community called - Bayview Estates. Some lots currently offered for sale on the market today will be listed in the $500,000+ price range depending on all external factors, views, and building pad capability. Simply put, this is a high level luxury community like no other.
