Developed in 1986, Shores at Waikoloa Beach Resort is the original condo community from the time of the resorts initial inception. Located midway into the resort from both entrances the south and the north, the luxury condos are on the right hand side (Mauka) of the main resort road Waikoloa Beach Drive. Sales are starting to take place in the $800,000 range and it will not be long before there are some that come in at $1 million. One of the most remarkable units ever sold was a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath property that actually had a separate entrance to it's own serrate guest bedroom and bath. A fitness center and two tennis courts are enough to have a doubles round robin of 8 -10 players for a group of friends of this is something you desire. Entertaining family here and large parties is possible with all of the wonderful room down at the swimming pool. What makes this neighborhood so complacent is that the rec and pool area is located right in the middle of the community. Everyone can walk to it from their units and basically consider it the perfect place to gather.
