On a windy day, a 20-0 yard distance may appear to be 1,000 yards. Also on the course are a number of bunkers dotted around the course. One of the most famous holes on the course is the third hole. In this historic par three, the player must carry their ball across a dramatic rocky shoreline, which is littered with hundreds of lost golf balls that have been left behind by previous players. A perfect 7 iron shot will do and it will leave you telling a story to your kids and grandkids for what will seem like a lifetime of eternity. It is recommended that golfers warm up by hitting a few balls on the practice range and putting green before taking part in this demanding course.
