Waikoloa Beach Resort has always been one of the most intriguing places to visit in all of Hawaii. Fosters Kitchen is located in the famous King's Shops and what a fantastic place to grab a bite to eat. Lunch and dining are delightful here and for very good reasons. Foster's Kitchen is one of the relatively new restaurants on Ali'i Drive, there is also another location in Waikoloa Beach Resort. It's no secret that the owners, Jeff and Sarah Foster, have a unique cooking style and a wealth of restaurant experience, which can be seen as soon as you step in the doors and taste the fine ding that they serve. The ocean breeze flows through the restaurant giving it the perfect tropical atmosphere. The quality food that is served features Caribbean and island flavors, the dishes are prepared from fresh ingredients. 

Foster's Kitchen uses only the freshest ingredients in its recipes. The concept behind their restaurant is to create an experience of fine dining that is relaxed, casual, and welcoming for families to enjoy. It is also a place where they believe in delicious food made with the freshest of ingredients, in addition to hand crafted cocktails and bar drinks. Between the hours of 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., Foster's serves two happy hours a day, you can drink for less while trying their selection of handcrafted beverages. In addition to the food, Foster's offers live music by some of the best musicians in the area. Foster's Kitchen is a family-friendly restaurant with outstanding food quality, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Their puff pastry filled with seafood pesto is a must-try for any seafood lover. With no commercial mixes, their signature cocktails are crafted using fresh juices and muddled fruit. Foster's Kitchen is a perfect place to enjoy live music and sip on a cocktail while watching the sunset. 

You can try the goat cheese omelet with whipped goat cheese and caramelized onion slices, gourmet crab sticks and shrimp, as well as their amazing chicken wings. The halibut is brined in Hawaiian chili and deep fried, with a creamy gorgonzola sauce served on the side. Those are only a few of their appetizers. Lunch selections for this restaurant include burgers made from grass-fed beef, Szechuan ahi salads, and butternut squash soup served accompanied by chicken cheese sliders. The real star of the show is their dinner selection. You will discover a wide variety of flatbread pizzas and pastas - grilled onions, peppers infused with Big Wave beer - competing against lamb cops, chicken marsala, and shrimp and grits stuffed with manchego cheese and fresh rosemary. There are also BBQ items on the menu, the lilikoi sauce smothers the chicken and ribs for a flavor you won't forget. Foster's Kitchen is the perfect mix of luxury, fun, and class.
