Any Thai restaurant is always worth going to. Racha Thai is no exception. This magical little place in the heart of Waikoloa Village offers a feeling of unplugging and being able to feel like you are actually in Thailand eating this great food. The pink fuchsia coloring in their logo make it all much more catchier. The beautiful wood frame around their sign is also very Thai style and artistic. The coconut curry is one really pleasant meal to try and a compliment to it would be the green iced tea. The perfect combination for a Hawaiian summer day. With a full menu to choose from you can be sure to come back more than just a couple of times. The surfboard art displayed on the wall also catches the attention of everyone visiting. With a second location in Waimea too you have the option of being able to stop in either location.
The food is always prepared fresh and they only use the finest available local ingredients possible. Open conveniently late in case you have had one of those long days at work. Gluten free and no preservatives Racha Thai offers is diners all organic eating. Take out is all available along with a dining in option. Other attributes to consider is their claim to non GMO use and non dairy ingredients in their menu and cooking. What is most surprising in reading their online reviews is that for such a small and little place, the food is so fresh and good. The green curry chicken and stir fry on the menu have seen outstanding reviews. The Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles are also up for notable mentioning.
The certified gluten free sticker provides even more confidence to those who are gluten intolerant and need to stick to a strick eating regimen. Racha Thai is simply one of the best Thai restaurants in all of Hawaii. It's great to see that they have a location in Waikoloa Village as well as Waimea. The mango chicken on the menu is something else to consider. Several online comments mention it and probably for a great reason. One way to sum up to special restaurant is "Tiny and Tasty". What better way to give back to our island than to support a family run operation like Racha Thai. Come see and taste the magic flavors for yourself.
