An exclusive gem community of gated and non-gated luxury estate homes conveniently located within a few minutes walk to Main Lani Beach Club and Napua Restaurant. The intricacies that make Mani Lani Point Estates so wonderful is that this particular community has the lowest monthly HOA dues out of all Mauna Lani communities in full. The costs for these HOA are approximately $400 per month not including other master fees. Mauna Lani Point Estates are located past 49 Black Sand Beach and jus before the Cape and beach club. Most of the homes are along the left hand side of South Kaniku Drive. Two exceptional locations are homes in the cul de sac of Papakonane Court and Konane Court. The reason for this is that each home sits directly on the golf course yet one to two of the four estates have the best location if they are in the middle. A complete panoramic direct view of the golf course and ocean are possible but only a very select view will have this. Mauna Lani Point Estates is also comprised of homes behind the gate to Mauna Lani Point where at the end of the road there are oceanfront condos. Many homes in this community have a long established history of quality floor plans and most of them are single level. Some were built in the 90's and are now requiring remodeling to be brought back to life with the utmost luxury appeal one would expect in such a fine luxury community.
While other new communities in the resorts and area are continuing to release new construction homes, they just aren't the same as Mauna Lani Point Estates. Each residential high end home here is different and unique. The architects that were hired to design each home were mostly at different times rather than all homes being the same with just a modification in floor plans. Lucky Bennett the famous architect has also been present here and his work has won many renowned awards. Custom luxury pools are on display with most having an infinity edge and hot tub spa attached. High quality appliances, home movie theatres, Sonos sound systems, and beautiful color choices are what owners and visitors can now expect. Most of the homes in Mauna Lani Estates come with nice and private driveways, luxury gates, and impressive double door entryways. There are only a few lots left and rarely do they come on the open MLS Hawaii market. The high level of living here is not something everyone can afford. This is a community that takes pride on ownership and the high level of luxury homes certainly shows in each and every top tier home. Mauna Lani Resort is considered by many as a top choice on the entire island and very exclusive in the sandy beaches it offers.
Even though other top resorts like Hualalai and Kukio offer expansive luxury homes, Mauna Lani Resort has better beaches and a vibe to shows a really classy approach to true Hawaiiana living. We represent several clients here who have the ability to own anywhere in Hawaii, and yet they still choose Mauna Lani Resort. Prior to entering Mauna Lani Point Estates is the wonderful 800 year old black sand beach called 49 Black Sand Beach. Further down past Mauna Lani Point Estates is Mauna Lani Beach Club which is home to one of the most surreal beach coves in the world. You can dine and snorkel along side sea turtles (honu) and experience some of the finest tropical fish views imaginable. The typical home in this neighborhood is close to or just over 4,000 square feet of living area and come with 4 or more bedrooms and bathrooms. Several of the more sought after lots are pie shaped since they are in the cul de sacs. There are also some parcels that have preserved lava and water views coupled with the Mauna Lani Golf course views in the distance. A common sunset is not to be taken for granted as they are the best you will ever see. Some homes in Mauna Lani Point Estates are up for rent on the vacation rental market with incredible rental rates for what you get. You can expect to pay between $1,400-$2,000 per evening. Home sale prices in this community have been hovering in the $3 million to $7 million range. Nothing like it in the world. A true and special location.
