This restaurant presents authentic Japanese food at it's core. A very fancy establishment all while sitting upon a setting that is out of a fairly tale. Super quiet here away from all the crowds and other resorts. This is one of those locations that not many people know about, not even the local wine and dine crowd. Binchotan has a very interesting menu sparkled with a laid back Hawaiian style feel. The tiki torches lit at night give it an additional positive push of unforgettable ambiance. A centuries old tradition of fireside cooking (called Robotayaki), this well preserved method has been around for a very long time.
