Rated the #1 resort in the world. Hualalai at historic Kaupulehu is a dream come true that most will unfortunately never get to dream. However, for those who do, this is the best of the best of what our planet has to offer. Arriving at Kailua-Kona's International you will immediately realize that you have just stepped into a historic time. No major traffic, easy to navigate and located your bags, and the short bus ride to your rental car company has never been easier. Vacationing on the Big Island of Hawaii is something that people continue to do time and time over and over again. The biggest reason for this is the ease of use. The ride to Hualalai Resort from the airport is only approximately 15-20 minutes. The level of service at the valet and resort itself is way above anything else you can imagine. Small things like your room having a bottle of champagne waiting for you to celebrate that special occasion, and your kids names written in washable marker on the bathtubs are just two quality touches this top rated world class hotel does for it's guests. Hillside Villas at Hualalai Phase 2 is a remarkable condo development located down at the very bottom of the resort but just above the guests amenities and oceanfront pools and villas. Ocean and golf course views from these spectacular properties come at us with knowing that no expense was spared. There are only 3 penthouse units facing west at Hillside Villas and they are so super rare that the prices they command now are well over $5 million. Several other closings in the $4 million plus range have taken place as well. These 3 bedroom 3 and a half bath condos offer 2,563 square feet inside and usually are sold fully furnished. It is rare within the resorts for properties to be sold vacant. The reason being, is that it is hard to ship in full furniture packages to the islands so no one really ships them back out when selling. Besides, most of the fabulous luxury townhomes have been furnished by top tier professional interior designers who have created special packages and furnitures that are meant to fit certain spaces within each condo and property.

Phase 2 of Hillside Villas is just up above Phase 1. The ocean views are fantastic and right off to it's side and behind it is the famous Hualalai Golf Course. Enjoying the soothing sounds of ocean waves from the ground floor and upstairs units is something that is hard to find within the other resorts unless you are situated directly oceanfront. Lunch and dinner at Hualalai Resort comes with some fantastic options. The Beach Tree makes incredible MPA pizza and the steak and sushi options at Ulu Restaurant rival all others the world over. Hualalai Grille is located just to the left of the valet parking area when you come into the resort. There is also guest parking too for friends and family who are visiting. Hillside Villas also have a wonder community pool area for residents and owners to enjoy. The greens and fairways at this resort have a full time staff that is super focused on setting goals to achieve in making this the best place to play a round of links in the entire country. Famous celebrities, movie stars, and high level business executives have been coming here to unplug all while painting their utmost privacy with the loved ones. Hillside Villas is a great option to be close to the action of it all.
