Bayview Estates Luxury Real Estate Analysis

A premier top notch gated community set along the foothills of the Keauhou area in Kailua Kona. Single Family custom homes are perched to extend owners the finest ocean views imaginable. Bayview Estates is comprised if high quality construction materials in which the builders had to adhere to strict HOA guidelines. Although these are not large acreage lots like those on the North Kohala Coast, Bayview Estates offers one really great aspect, classy Hawaiiana living. Most recently homes have been reaching the $2 Million dollar and above price points. Rarely will listings come on the market now at Bayview Estates for under $1.8 Million. A select few lots are still quietly dispersed throughout the community. Bayview Estates does not have a man guarded gate like it's predecessor next door - Keauhou Estates.

Bayview Estates is newer in comparison to other like-kind gated communities in Kailua Kona. The HOA dues are approximately $100 less per month compared to it's counterpart Keauhou Estates. The reason for this in our assumption is that Bayview does not offer a guarded man gate at this time.
