Duo celebrates all that is luxury dining at Maui's most impeccable resort the Four Seasons Maui at Wailea. The Four Seasons Resort is located in Wailea and offers guests a variety of dining options, including an outdoor dining area in close proximity to Duo Steakhouse & Seafood Restaurant. Views of the ocean can be seen from a variety of mothers of pearl carved teak tables, and other indoor seating will be available during periods of downpour, or during private events. Duo's award-winning chefs are brought to center stage in the open kitchen as they demonstrate their culinary expertise and bring out the very best in their guests, ensuring an enjoyable and relaxed dining experience for everyone. Under the leadership of Executive of Chef Michal Patria and Chef Sam Taganeca, its focus is to provide a variety of the premier steaks, seafood, and island vegetables that are in season. There are separate ordering procedures for entrees and side dishes. Clearly, Duo is not inexpensive, but that is not the point. There is no equal on Maui when it comes to their dining experience.

Along with breakfast à la carte, diners seeking a quick meal can also enjoy the select breakfast buffet, which provides a range of tropical juices, as well as Western and Japanese food options. In this restaurant, a wide variety of cuts is available as well as Kobe beef filets that can be ordered by the ounce. They will bring you sauces with your steak, from which you can choose from a wide variety. If you are eating dinner, you can order premium beef, which includes Kobe beef from Japan, in addition to fresh seafood.
