Dining at The Banyan Tree is an experience certainly worth taking the time to do when you are staying on Maui or especially if you are the The Ritz-Carlton in Kapalua. The food is great, the ambiance is perfect, and their decorations around the place are fantastic. Small little flowers are on display making the place feel like it has come alive. The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua is thrilled to announce the opening of Banyan Tree, a new restaurant and lounge. This marks the conclusion of the resort's extensive renovations and evolutionary changes in the resort's cuisine and bar. Complete renovations have now been completed. Apart from being one of the most luxurious restaurants on the island of Maui, the Banyan Tree is one of the very best restaurants that can complete with any of the aforementioned restaurants. With the addition of innovative design, the restaurant has transformed into a space that offers expansive vistas, reminiscent of the banyan trees that were once staples of Hawaiian life as gathering places for socializing and sharing meals under its canopy. This new look of the restaurant pays attention to the history of the banyan tree as a meeting place in Hawaii where a meal could be shared under the shade of the tree.

The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua is home to six different restaurants, offering panoramic views of the ocean, burgers, Italian food and steakhouse dishes that have been reimagined. The cuisine on Maui is a celebration of its culinary culture, which embraces local ingredients with a dash of innovative flair, and is a fusion of the old an new. During the interim, the resort's Ulana restaurant, typically pen for breakfast only, offered a temporary pop-up called Hook & Knife, which offered a selection of various types of cocktails and cuisine while the renovations were being implanted. The Banyan Tree's new menu is unknown, but I hope that standout dishes like chunky chowders made with Hawaiian seafood and artistically creative desserts will be present: the views and service will be as rewarding as ever. There is a casual elegance to the dining room that can be witnessed in both the open walls and the glossy wood tables that can be seen in the room, as they provide a pleasing contrast to the exquisitely prepared, elegant food. Enjoy their vibrant menu rooted in coastal cuisine and invite you on a journey to discover the bounty of land and sea as they welcome you to savor their dynamic menu of regional food and beverages.

There will be a conch shell that will blow at the beginning of the ceremony to signify that aloha and goodwill will be spread throughout the ceremony.
