Why The Hapuna Prince Hotel Is A Great Place to Stay During Your Hawaii Real Estate Visit

The newly renowned Hapuna Prince Beach Hotel (Marriott - Bonvoy) has been nicely renovated. There was a time when we used to live on Oahu and would come over to visit and this was the best place to stay for the money. Now of course the prices were much more affordable, the Kama'aina (meaning local resident) rates back in the day were somewhere along the lines of $200 per night. That was also more than 10 years ago. The rooms now offer fully remodeled accommodations but the views have not changed. They are by far and to say the least, simply out of this world.

Hapuna Beach with it's soft white sand down below is a historic legend. Even though the beach is not super long like some other famous Hawaii beaches (Popohaku Beach and Waimanalo Beach - both 3 miles long), it is however intimate in it's own right and the cave down at the end on the left side is a visitors hot spot to explore. Hapuna Beach Hotel has been home to many visitors who simply cannot afford or spend the money needed to stay at the top 4 star hotels like Hualalai Resort and Mauna Lani Resort. In my personal opinion, you sometimes don't need to. If you are planning to be out all day looking at homes or condos, the hotel really is just a place to catch up on sleep in the evening. Actually, with Hapuna Beach attached to it on the bottom right why worry about any other place to stay during your visit at all.
