Whether we asked for it or not, we are put into a situation where we begin to evaluate what is most important to us in our lives. I first set foot on this beautiful island more than 23 years ago. Since then, much has obviously changed, yet many aspects still remain the same. Kailua-Kona has become much more busier than it ever used to me. Hilo town actually has traffic now. However, the real estate here still remains true to it's core.
