The perfect sunset along the pacific ocean waters is a breathtaking experience that we have come to expect at Kohanaiki. The resort is surround by ancient lava flows and a pristine waterfront park. The members only club and lifestyle ensures a high level of privacy yet offers convenience to all that the Big Island of Hawaii has to offer. Kona is just a short drive away and the majority of the resort is newer in comparison to it's rivals along the Kohala Coast. Some of the best food is offered at Kohanaiki's dining experience along with the ambiance and atmosphere of true Hawaiiana living.

A true and test timeless class. The hotel has stood the test of time as the absolute grand gem of the Kohala Coast. As you drive through the gently winding main road you will see nothing but perfect rolling greens and ocean views out into the distance. Mauna Kea's tennis facility has been ranked in the top ten in the world several times over. The golf and fitness memberships are something that many homeowners absolutely love. At the end of the day, the dining at Mauna Kea is probably in the top 3 on the entire island. Copper Bar and Manta are situated right near the waters edge overlooking the famous Mauna Kea beach. If you have not had the time to explore this affluent resort, we recommend doing so to compare it to the others.

Mauna Lani is in essence a top location resort wise on the entire island. What makes it a bit more enjoyable and laid back is that there really is no guard gate as you come through the entrance. There is an actual guard shack with security personnel inside (who actually drive around the resort). This resort also has a convenient and classy grocery store - Foodland inside. For those who do not think Mauna Lani is as luxurious as Kukio or Hualalai for example, they may be somewhat mistaken. If you explore neighborhoods such as 49 Black Sand Beach and The Cape, you will then understand how special and top tier Mauna Lani really is. Napua at the Mauna Lani Beach Club is one more exclusive place to eat.

Grandness and Opulence are on display at Waikoloa Beach Resort. From the towering pillars upon entering through the main entrance to the fine large asian sculptures and artwork, this is one of those once in a lifetime destinations that everyone needs to see. Neighborhoods such as Kolea and Halii Kai located directly on the water are at highest level when it comes to luxury condo and single family living. Just the extravagance alone in this resort when it comes to landscaping and it's huge size is enough to leave everyone wondering if it wouldn't be great to actually live here. Luxury defined in Hawaii means experience the best lavish resorts along the Kohala Coast. This is one of them.
