Call It Biased, But Honestly Waikoloa Beach Resort Is A Likely Candidate

The question we are asked a lot is where can I get a luxury home or condo for under a million. Oh yes and please make sure it is within walking distance to the beach, luxury restaurants, gated, and with super nice finishes. We also want to make sure it has a garage, fitness gym and a swimming pool with hot tub. Just as you might think the answer starts to dwindle down to less and less options. Unless, you are willing to give Waikoloa Beach Resort a try. The majority of the construction is complete throughout the resort and you are within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants that you really do not need anything else.

Two bedroom condos are selling in the low $500,000's and 3 bedrooms are going anywhere between $750,000 all the way up to $1 million. This does not include the older construction when the resort first opened it's doors. This just relates to if someone is looking for newer property with higher taste for nicer finishes. The Waikoloa Beach area has always been home to many tourists especially visitors from Canada and Japan. It's a safe haven and really a great resort to escape to to get away. Vacation timeshares are also selling like they will not be making anymore of them. The lagoons and tropical fish attract kids as well adults to make sure that their days are well spent easily enjoying their visit. For those lucky enough to be able to own a unit for under $1 million there really have not been any complaints. The real question is, where else could you purchase such a nice property at this price. Not in Hawaii that's for sure.

There use to be a time when a million dollars was supposed to buy you a mansion. Maybe in other parts of the country that is true but on Hawaii's gold coast a luxury condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths will have to do. One thing I have always found extremely amazing about this place is that I would much rather live in a condo on the Waikoloa fairways then some mansion in Florida. That is just me but it also shows how much I love this special place that I get to call home. If you are looking for someone with some serious knowledge of the luxury condo market in Hawaii and on the Big Island then you have to consider reaching out to us.
