Within the quaint community of Waikoloa Village lies a community richly slated with affordable single family homes ranging from $400,000 - $800,000. At this time the lowest priced fixer upper is just under $400,000 listed at $399,000. The highest priced home that we are currently aware of right now is a for sale by owner located on the north side of the golf course in Francolin Place. The small community has 10 homes on the golf course just on the north side.

The Waikoloa Village community is about to have the pool area go under some amazing renovations. Golf is not just a thing of the past. Residents pay a minor $70 per month for association HOA dues to live in the village. This fee allows access to many other discounts and green fees at the golf course. The resorts down below with the pristine beaches offer much more to the village than most would expect. You can go out for a nice evening for dinner just after a sunset at the beach and still arrive back home in 20 minutes. Waikoloa Village and the once in a lifetime sunsets it has to offer should seriously be explored by all those looking for a great real estate deal on the Big Island of Hawaii.
