Some refer to Kukio at the Billionaires club while others may call Hualalai the Millionaires playground. I for some reason have always liked Hualalai the best. Probably for the fact that I used to teach tennis there, I was married there, and the amenities I have actually gotten to know as a practical guest and not just another realtor on a typical showing or sales transaction taking place. Kukio is a bit more exclusive when it comes to cost and privacy. For example, the price is much higher for membership along with it's actual privileges.

Kohanaiki on the hand brings with it a very fine set of high luxury enjoyment like no where else in the world. The fact that the beaches and beautiful surf spots line is coastline make it very attractive too. Kohanaiki is special in the sense that it's right by the airport and much much closer to Kailua Kona. Be it what it may, all three are super ultra and any buyer that purchases in any of the 3 will become a very lucky owner either way. How many people in this world can actually say that they own a home in Hualalai, Kukio, or Kohanaiki? That is a question for another blog at another time. We promise to keep you posted.
