The fees on a 3 bedroom can run well over $1,100 per month so it's not for everyone. The gated access, swimming pool, luxury state of the art fitness gym, and walking distance to the Queen's Marketplace make it all worth it. The building units go from left to right, and from A to P in letters. There are 2 swimming pools for residents to access, one on each side of the project. They are easy to locate and super private as well. Every time we visit this beautiful piece of real estate it feels like there is really no one there.

Condo buying is not just for those who are looking to retire and not have to do landscaping. More and more people are starting to realize that living in Hawaii can truly mean spending more time in the outdoors hiking, going to the beach, and visiting Volcanoes National Park. The golfing here is also abundant so why tie yourself up with all of the hassles involved with renovating large lots with landscaping, dealing with roofs, and painting the exterior of the home from the hot Kohala Coast sun. Luxury homes do have their benefits no doubt but condo living can be just as great and rewarding.
